Career

Obtaining a Bachelor of Law at the University of Zurich (BLaw), Benita Rohr completed her studies in law in 2022 at the University of Zurich (MLaw) and at King’s College London (LL.M. in Transnational Law). During her studies, she also worked at a law firm and as a research assistant at the Chair for Public Law, European and Public International Law held by Prof. Dr. iur. Helen Keller at the University of Zurich. Following her studies, she completed internships at the Swiss Embassy in Madrid, at SEforALL in Vienna, and at a law firm in Zurich. She later worked as a law clerk at the District Court of Baden with a focus on family and criminal law as well as child and adult protection law, before passing the bar in 2025.

Benita Rohr has been working as an attorney at Spühler Rechtsanwälte AG since May 2026.
