Career<\/h2>\n

After obtaining a Bachelor of Law (BLaw) from the University of Zurich, attorney Samuel Domenech completed his legal studies at the beginning of 2019 with a Master of Law (MLaw) from the Universities of Zurich and Lausanne (joint degree). He then worked for one and a half years as a legal representative for asylum seekers for a non-profit organization at the Federal Asylum Centre in Altst\u00e4tten (SG). <\/p>\n

He then worked as a legal assistant in a Zurich law firm specializing in inheritance and family law and in a Ticino law firm specializing in sports and criminal law. He was admitted to the bar in 2023. The following year, he represented refugees in migration law proceedings as a lawyer for the Zurich advice center for asylum seekers. <\/p>\n

Samuel Domenech has been working as an attorney at Sp\u00fchler Rechtsanw\u00e4lte AG since the beginning of September 2024.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
