For the first meeting, an advance of CHF 350.00 must be paid in advance by bank transfer or at the latest by cash payment at the meeting (no card payment possible). Authorities and courts need a lot of time to do their work and are sometimes overloaded. Lawyers usually have numerous cases pending, and work must be prioritized according to urgency.
